Club Shoreline will be holding final tryouts for the 12 and under team only.

12’s and under

Monday, November 30th, 2009

Registration: 5:45 pm

Tryouts: 6:00 – 8:00 pm

Location: Good Shepard School

DATES AND TIMES FOR TRYOUTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Please email us at sissy@clubshoreline.net to inform us you will be attending tryouts. Include players name, age and position along with any questions. You will be notified via email of any changes made to the tryout schedule. 

Forms Needed for Club Shoreline Tryouts

• NCVA 2009-2010 Individual Membership Form (2 pages) with the $50.00 membership fee.
• Or you can purchase an $8.00 tryout pass on the day of tryouts.
• Player Medical Release Form (1 page).
• Player/Parent Information Sheet (1 page). This form will be available at the registration desk at tryouts.

We will be selecting ten players on each team and the option to have up to three practice players. Please note: if a player wants to tryout for more than one age group or team, that player will need to attend both tryouts.

Club Shoreline Volleyball understands that parents and players have many choices in choosing a club. We have a very dynamic program planned for the 2010 season. If you have any questions and or concerns, please feel free to contact Sissy Nilssen, Club Director.
