Club Shoreline’s conditioning program is a volleyball specific fitness program that incorporates plyometrics, dynamic range of motion stretching (DROMS), strength training, flexibility, agility, nutrition and aerobic conditioning. Weekly sessions last 75 minutes and are held at Gold’s Gym.

Classes include: Circuit training, Super Fit, Cycle and Sculpt, Step, Hip Hop Dance, Hula Hoop and Yoga.
