Strength and Conditioning Program

Club Shoreline's strength and conditioning program is a volleyball specific fitness program that incorporates plyometrics, dynamic range of motion stretching (DROMS), strength training, flexibility, mobility, agility, nutrition and metabolic conditioning. Players receive personalized performance reviews and instruction.

Weekly sessions last 75 minutes and are held at Santa Cruz Strength fitness studio. The Strength and Conditioning program is scheduled every Tuesday from 7:15-8:30 pm. Each session ends with a wellness piece promoting health and well-being. All teams participate.

Classes include: Circuit training, Super Fit, Cycle and Sculpt, Hip Hop Dance, Hula Hoop and Yoga.
